Google AMP on Gmail. Good or Bad?

undefined

Google will enliven the trend of "story" that previously we know through the status WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat and even Facebook. But, unlike its predecessors, Google also integrates this story system through what they call the AMP.

The name AMP is familiar to web makers, explained better by its long Accelerated Mobile Page, AMP is used as a substitute for the landing page of a web (and other) multiple levels before the visitor actually opens the real website.

The Facebook users might experience this whenever they open a link to a website on Facebook and view the website without leaving Facebook. Facebook uses the term, “Facebook Instant Articles”.

That’s great for productivity, for people who are just too busy to open several websites to find what they really need.

Gmail Integration

Google will use AMP into GMail for better user experience. For example, news addicts can read the Newspaper they subscribed to without having to leave their email, interact with the web, and switch to their next subscription. Imagine how cool will that be.

But...

This will also mean more advertisement in your email since I believe that's where the most advertisers will prefer to put their advertisement on. Since most people already have at least one Gmail.

So, which one would you prefer? AMP on Gmail, or deliberately open some websites yourself?

How To Install SSL Certificate and Get HTTPS

But imagine if this is enforced and the web owners neglect to embed SSL on their web. How many visitors will avoid their web? I started to use HTTPS when I get into trouble in taking care of something with HTTP web. I didn't know how to install SSL certificate and get HTTPS back then. At that time I was upset because I constantly got the warning every time I switch to another page in PLESK. I did not get a satisfactory answer from my previous hosting provider. Then I decided to move one of my website to Namecheap while leaving the other one on the old provider. Namecheap made the migration easy and fast. In my story, I was able to write my next article in the next day. Need website builder? Consider one of these. Wanna Know How To Install SSL Certificate and Get HTTPS for your website? First, you need CPanel. Since you're re...

People’s Appreciation to Perspective

Have you realized that the people pay more appreciation about perspective today than ever? Thank’s to the trend of front camera. Started about ten years ago, the internet is getting populated by selfies. Made for friends or for self-collection. What does it have to do with perspective?  Well, people tend to look skinnier, prettier etc (according to them) when the photo was taken on a high angle.  You know that the further the subject to the lens, the smaller it becomes. No need a week in physics class to teach us that. So, have you made a selfie today? Some Kardashian thing?
