How To Get Google Chrome Update Dev 66, Beta 65, Stable 64

Google Chrome Update

Getting Google Chrome updates can only be done through Chrome itself, unlike Chromium's open-source update which we can deliberately choose. For Chromebook users, this is highly anticipated, as there will be no updates except those already announced by Google. For example, as I wrote about the latest update in the previous article.

This is how to get Google Chrome Update:

On Chromebook:

  1. Click on your profile picture on the lower right of your screen.
  2. Go to settings.
  3. Click on three stripes on the top left to reveal About Chrome.
  4. Click on the version area to update.

It will be updated automatically (restart needed), you can conveniently keep using your Chromebook. You can also change the channel here, but I won't recommend it unless you really need to play with this.

On Other Computer:

  1. Click three dots button on your upper right.
  2. Go to settings.
  3. Click on three stripes on the top left to reveal About Chrome.
  4. Click on the version area to update.

You will then have to relaunch Chrome manually.

Problem With Your Chrome?

You can try doing the steps below and see if it helps:

  • Use incognito mode. If this helps to solve the problem, then temporarily disable your extensions to identify which one is causing the rendering problem. To do this go to chrome://extensions and uncheck Enabled for each extension one by one.

  • Remove unwanted programs from Chrome.

  • Your profile account might have been corrupted. Try creating a new browser user profile and check if that makes a difference.

  • Reset your browser settings.

Mate Translate - Translator - Dictionary

I just found a new extension for my Chrome, named Mate Translate - Translator - Dictionary. As the name implies, Mate Translate serves as a translator that he can still translate more than 130 languages. Remarkable right? Imagine if this extension already exists. Can the translators at the UN lose their jobs? It could not have been a battle for years now. Who knows, actually, the cause of the war is just a misunderstanding, right? Get your own Mate Translate here. What Differs Mate Translate from other? Mate Translate stays on your Chrome extension bar. That way, you don't even have to switch tab back and fro from another web translator page and your page. Vice versa. [gallery ids="7313,7312" type="rectangular"]

We should stop our kids from playing Street Fighter V!

We should stop our kids from playing Street Fighter V! If you're just about my age, then you're also blessed with the opportunity to witness the evolution of Street Fighter from day 1 in 1987. And now, Street Fighter V hits the market along with the comebacks of the old Street Fighter characters such as Sagat, Blanka, and even Bison. But, I can't find Ken anywhere. What happened to this clone Ryu character dressed in red? Let's watch the video before we continue: What do you think? Looking good, right? Let's Talk About Why We Should Stop Our Kids From Playing Street Fighter V Oversexualized Character You should've realized that there are many oversexualized female characters in Street Fighter since our childhood. Happens in games anime, and manga. And they still are oversexualized now. I don't have to show you all of the old references but you can see the new one in the video above. What Is Pinch Harmonic and How You Do It?

I have two answers to What is Pinch Harmonic and How You Do It? Short Answer: Pinch harmonic is a sound produced by forcing the amplitude of the actual notes to be narrower, and that makes the frequency higher. Hence, the higher notes (usually major 3rd, and 5th, and an octave higher). Harmonic itself can be produced by slightly touching a string and plucking it on top of the fret (not the bar). Because even when making a note on the guitar, the fret is actually what determines the pitch of the note, not the wood part we're pressing on. Longer Answer: Slight history Of Pinch Harmonic: In classical (nylon) guitar playing, the guitarist plucks the string right on the fret and lightly touch the string to block the string's movement. The gesture is the same as a pinching finger. Hence, the name pinch harmonic is created. In Modern Rock Era: In a more modern era, this trick becomes even more popular. Thank's to George Lynch and Eddie Van Halen who with their unique playing and k...
